Course Description

Pelydr Tesni - The Sun’s Warming Rays

This course is designed to help you knit the Pelydr Tesni shawl.

I designed this shawl as a stash buster having fallen in love with the variegated yarn used in the stocking stitch sections and sourced a number of coordinating remnants. I couldn’t find a pattern like I wanted and so decided to create my own, and so this was my first foray into knitwear design and is still very popular.

The shawl comprises of 11 sections - 6 different lace panels and 5 stocking stitch panels, so there is always a colour change and a pattern change to be looking forward to!

I will be taking you through how to knit each one of these sections in turn and spending time discussing and demonstrating any complicated stitch patterns.

Why not come and knit along with me?
